Artist’s Statement

"My pictures show the emotions and landscapes of the spirit, combining elements of dreams, visions and fantasies. I try to paint what one cannot describe with words. I try to express hidden thought with shapes and colors. In my pictures of birth, death, love, hate, fright, desperation, emptiness and fulfillment I show the human spirit from an unusual viewpoint. Photos can never show the human spirit. That is why I paint."
